RIP Sidhu Moose wala shot dead! Legend of the Punjabi music industry

 

Famous Punjabi singer and rapper Sidhu Moose Wala, who recently joined the Congress before the Punjab elections, has been reportedly shot dead. The incident allegedly occurred in Jawaharke village of Mansa district on Sunday, May 29.

The news reportedly comes in a day after the Punjab Police reportedly withdrew the security of 424 people. This included singer Sidhu Moose Wala. Apart from being a controversial rapper, Sidhu Moose Wala had contestant this year’s election in Punjab on a Congress ticket. He was defeated by AAP candidate Vijay Singla by a massive margin of 63,000 votes in Mansa.

Soon, many Bollywood celebs took to their respective social media accounts to mourn the demise of the singer.

Ajay Devgn wrote, “Stunned by the shocking death of #SidhuMoosewala. May Waheguru give his loved ones strength in their hour of grief. RIP departed soul 🙏 Still trying to wrap my head around this one.”

Mika Singh wrote- I always say I’m proud to be Punjabi but today I feel shame to be saying the same. A young talented boy just 28 years old, so popular and with such a bright future ahead of him @iSidhuMooseWala was killed in Punjab by Punjabi’s. May God bless his soul and rest in eternal peace.

  The leading ladies of Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi starrer Selfiee have been finalized. The makers on Monday announced that actresses Nushrratt Bharuccha and Diana Penty have joined the cast.
