1.   Neerja

Alia was the first choice to play the role of Neerja Bhanot in the biopic of the Air Hostess who saved many lives. But, actress Sonam Kapoor was cast at the later stages of pre-production.

2.   Golmaal Again

Rohit Shetty’s film Golmaal Again was initially offered to Alia, but due to lack of time, the actress had to leave the film. Later, Parineeti Chopra was cast to play the female lead and the rest is history.

3.   Saaho

Well, reportedly Alia was already talking to the makers of Saaho. But, after realizing that her part in the film will be much smaller than that of Prabhas, she left the film.

4.   Thugs of Hindostan

Alia was the first choice of the movie, but the actress opted out of the option.

5.   Raabta

            Alia Bhatt was also considered for the movie Raabta, due to her busy calendar she couldn’t do it.
